Pastor & Staff

Pastor James M. Krach

Thank you for visiting our web site.  I am excited to have you visit and learn more about Faith Lutheran Church.

I have been Pastor here for almost 3 years.  My wife’s name is Jennifer and we have two daughters.  My step daughter is Desiree. She is married and expecting a child in a few months.  So Yes — we will be grandparents soon.  We are looking forward to that experience.  Our youngest daughter is Ellie.  She is 10 years old. She loves tennis, plays the piano and loves to be with her friends.

I am excited to have you visit and learn more about Faith Lutheran Church.  Faith is a church that believes the whole bible to be true.  The whole bible is the Word of God and without any errors or contradictions.  As Lutherans we believe that God (Jesus Christ) comes to us in His Word and Sacraments which are the means of grace.  The sacraments are both Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.  We believe that Baptism makes us a part of God’s family and we perform it only once in a person’s life.  We also believe in baptizing infants as the Word of God plainly states that God gives us Jesus’ Holy Spirit and He also gives us Jesus’ life, death and resurrection.  The Bible states that we are to go and make disciples of ALL nations and infants are included in ALL.  We also believe that Jesus comes to us in the bread and wine which are His body and blood.  He forgives our sins and strengthens our faith in His Holy Supper.

You are free to come and visit God’s church here at Faith anytime.  You may visit either service.  Our 8:00 service is a traditional service from the Lutheran Service Book.  We enjoy organ music and celebrate Holy Communion at every service.  Our 10:30 service is a little more contemporary.  We have a Praise Band that is very talented and we sing the songs you are familiar with from Christian radio.  We also use portions of the liturgy and celebrate Holy Communion at every service.  You may also call me at any time during the day between Tuesday and Friday if you have any questions.  I will be more than happy to answer your questions as best I can.

God Bless your relationship with Jesus.  It is the most important relationship you can have on this earth.

In Jesus’ Name,
Pastor Krach

Worship Director – Connie Simmons

Connie Simmons

Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy. Psalm 33:3.

Hi! I’m Connie Simmons. I have been serving as worship leader at Faith since 2006, officially joining the staff as worship director in 2008. It is my goal to serve this ministry to the glory of God and strive for excellence in every aspect of worship. I am honored to guide and work with a dedicated and talented worship team from our musicians to those who work in many areas of the worship ministry behind the scenes.

When not leading worship I spend time homeschooling my children, and working with several volunteer organizations. I enjoy playing and listening to music, hiking, gardening and most of all praising God with my husband John, and our four children 18, 16, 11, and 9.

I continue to be thankful for the way God has worked in my life and how He has allowed me to serve Him through the worship ministry. To Him be the glory without end!

Organist – Martha Hall

Martha Hall

My name is Martha Hall. I serve Faith as organist for the Sunday morning traditional service as well as for seasonal and special services. I plan the traditional service and special music for it, such as including instrumentalists to play along with the organ during hymns or musical selections. I also enjoy picking choral music and accompanying singers from soloist and duets to quartets and choirs in these services. My goal is to pick meaningful music that reflects the Scripture readings for each Sunday to praise and worship our Lord.

I have been blessed with a wonderful family--my husband and our two boys. I love to read and study my Bible. I also enjoy sporting activities such as volleyball, biking, hiking, aerobics, water sports and more. Traveling and exploring new places, playing cards, chess, and ping pong are some of my other interests.

Secretary – Debbie Houck

Judy Fischer

Hi, my name is Debbie Houck.

For the past twenty years, I have been a member of Faith Lutheran Church, thankful for the opportunity to call Faith not only my Church Home, but more importantly, my Church Family.  During this time, God blessed me with the awesome opportunity to love and care for many children through our Faith Child Development Center Preschool Program.  As a teacher, I always enjoyed working with these children and interacting with their families, as I purposed to demonstrate God’s Love to them through learning, nurturing, and growing.

As God has recently opened a new door for me in my walk with Him, I am currently the newest addition to Pastor’s Team.  I feel very thankful to have the opportunity to serve God through my church, and in turn, do my part to impact our community.  I believe that every day is a fresh opportunity from God to share His Good News with others.  As I have been blessed in becoming a member of Pastor’s Team, I pray that I can use this opportunity to grow spiritually in my journey with God, and also, in turn, further this blessing by helping others along the way.

My husband and I have been married for thirty-four years, and have two grown children.  I enjoy reading, swimming, camping, gardening, taking long walks with our dog, and spending quality time with family and friends.

If you are looking for a church home, we welcome you to stop by and visit us here at Faith Lutheran.
